This iteration of the black Pelican 1535AirTP Wheeled Carry-On Hard Case is designed for you to maximize its available space while providing customized protection for your valuable gear. You get the 1535 case with a customizable divider insert designed by TrekPak.
The waterproof 1535AirNF Wheeled Carry-On Hard Case in black from Pelican is a crushproof hard case made from lightweight HPX2 polymer that will protect and store sensitive gear. The case secures with an updated push-button latching system that uses compressive force to tightly clamp the case shut. This edition of the 1535Air comes lined but without foam or other inserts, allowing you the freedom to completely customize the roomy 20.4 x 11.2 x 7.2" interior to your specific needs and to your specific gear. Carry your case using the overmolded handle or if it's too heavy, extend the pull handle and tow it behind you on its two low-profile, quiet-running wheels.
Your case is made of a super-light proprietary HPX2 polymer with honeycomb structural elements, which is up to 40% lighter than most other Pelican polymers. Case design features include an O-ring that seals it to an IP67-rating to make it dust and waterproof, dual 5/16" (8mm) diameter stainless steel reinforced padlock holes, and a pressure relief valve. This valve regulates the internal pressure, keeping your gear and the case from getting crushed and allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop. For easy identification, there's a polycarbonate card holder that may be placed on the front or side of the case.

Save space and reduce weight while organizing your gear to perfection with the TrekPak Divider Kit for Pelican 1535 Air Case. TrekPak uses pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins and tabs, and an easy-to-use cutting tool. Simply lay your gear in the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and lock them in place with the steel U-pins. The 7/16" thick divider sections are made of waterproof, closed-cell foam laminated to a rigid, corrugated plastic panel that resists tearing and shredding. The TrekPak is combined with 1" bottom foam and lid foam to give your gear 360-degree protection.
Your TrekPak Divider Kit includes everything you need: two 20" dividers, two 15" dividers, two perimeter pieces, top and bottom foam, 20 pins and tabs, and a cutter tool.
